We are looking for an IT Technician to provide on-site and remote support for photocopiers, printers, computers, and network systems. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and interacting with customers daily.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide daily technical support for photocopiers, printers, computers, and network-related issues.
-Perform troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of devices at customer sites.
-Maintain and service photocopiers, network equipment, and IT hardware.
-Monitor network connectivity and ensure stable, secure configurations.
-Install machines, configure drivers, and brief end-users on basic usage.
-Update IT asset inventory (tagging, status, location).
-Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
-Conduct basic user training for systems or software.
-Assist with ad-hoc technical tasks assigned by the manager.
