Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Service & Engagement
-Greet customers warmly and create a friendly atmosphere.
-Take orders accurately (POS training provided).
-Answer customer questions about the menu, promotions, and café offerings.
-Handle dine-in, takeaway, and online delivery orders.
-Provide fast, polite, and clear communication at all times.

Serving & Operations
-Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
-Assist in preparing simple beverages (tea, coffee, juices) based on SOP.
-Clear and reset tables efficiently during peak hours.
-Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.

Cashier & POS
-Operate the POS system for orders and payments.
-Handle cash and digital payments accurately.
-Follow proper closing procedures (cash count, receipts, daily summary).

Cleanliness & Safety
-Ensure FOH is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
-Follow hygiene and food safety practices.
-Assist in simple cleaning tasks before opening and after closing

Teamwork & Reliability
-Work closely with the kitchen team for smooth service flow.
-Follow the supervisor’s instructions and support team members.
-Show reliability—punctuality, good attendance, and responsible behaviour.

Requirements
-Experience in café/restaurant service is an advantage (but training will be provided).
-Strong communication skills, friendly, and customer-focused.
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
-Comfortable working during peak hours, weekends, and public holidays.
-Able to handle fast-paced environment.
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours
-6 days per week
-8 hours per shift (with breaks)
-Overtime available & paid
