Duties and Responsibility
-Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing recommendations and upselling items when appropriate.
-Offer clear guidance on the menu, including information on dietary restrictions and current promotions.
-Accurately take customer orders and input them into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
-Process various payment methods, including cash, debit cards, and QR payments, while maintaining accurate cash balances and transaction records.
-Operate the POS system in accordance with company policies, including handling payments, voids, and cancellations.
-Ensure the POS system and counter station are attended at all times.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter station in compliance with health and safety standards.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Position Requirement
-At least SPM level and above.
-Basic math skill and ability to handle cash accurately.
-Experience in cashier and F&B service is added advantages.
-Good communication skill and friendly attitude.
-Willing to work during weekend, public holiday and overtime.
