Job Description

1.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
-Performance Management - deliver performance management programs that drive a high performance-driven work culture in general and be able to effectively utilize the in-house Balanced Scorecard-based Performance Management System in particular.
-Recruitment and Selection – work closely with Management on manpower planning and utilization, direct and manage the recruitment process according to established SOPs, and work with line managers in interviewing and assessment procedures.
-Human Resource Policies and Procedures – develop, fine tune and maintain HR Policies and Procedures that bring about effective and smooth processes in so far as HR management of Human Capital is concerned.
-Leadership – Mentor direct reports and provide coaching support to line managers to help them reach their potential.

2.REQUIREMENTS
-A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Management and extensive knowledge of and experience (minimum 5 years’ experience as a HR Generalist) in a reasonably-sized corporation (300+/- employees).
-A demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic business and HR Strategy objectives within a complex, (preferably) multi-business organization. Related experience in a Property Management Company will be an advantage.
-Excellent interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels. Possessing coaching knowledge, skills, and abilities accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and/or American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP) will be an advantage.
-Ability to engage with and win the respect of the Management Team to successfully influence them on key change initiatives
-Overall knowledge of HR support and admin services, eg., payroll management and statutory requirements as per relevant Acts/Laws applicable in Malaysia is a must.
-Fully understand and up-to-date on Industrial Relations laws and processes.
