Key Responsibilities
-Liaise with customers on shipment requirements and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Open job folders and prepare shipping documents such as Consignment Notes, Delivery Orders (D/O), Shipping Instructions (S.I.), and Manifests.
-Prepare shipping notes and delivery orders for cargo delivery to warehouse or port.
-Update customers on cargo on-board status and estimated arrival dates.
-Send pre-alerts to customers and overseas counterparts for all handled shipments.
-Ensure delivery orders (from own drivers or third-party transporters) are returned promptly and filed correctly.
-Verify job folders to ensure all charges are accurately captured in the system.
-Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers, ensuring timely submission.
-Confirm and close transactions in the UFS system in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements
-Minimum Diploma in any field.
-Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics Customer Service.
-On-the-job training will be provided for suitable candidates.
-Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
