Role Overview

To drive sales and deliver excellent customer service at the kiosk by actively engaging customers, promoting products, and maintaining kiosk cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

1.Sales & Customer Engagement

•Approach and greet customers proactively.

•Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and pricing.

•Assist customers in product selection and purchase decisions.

•Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

2.Product & Kiosk Management

•Ensure product display is neat, attractive, and fully stocked.

•Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor/management for replenishment.

•Handle sampling or product demonstrations (if applicable).

•Maintain kiosk cleanliness and visual merchandising standard at all times.

3.Cash & Transaction Handling

•Operate POS system / e-wallet scanner accurately.

•Ensure correct handling of cash and payments.

•Perform daily sales closing and cash settlement according to SOP.

4.Customer Service

•Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally.

•Provide after-sales support when required.

5.Reporting & Compliance

•Record daily sales, customer trends, and stock usage.

•Follow company SOPs, safety rules, and mall operational regulations.

•Support kiosk events, campaigns, and product launches when required.



Requirements

1.Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.

2. 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred.

3.Strong communication (English, Chinese, Malay) and interpersonal skills.

4.Energetic, friendly, and self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset.

5.Able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.

6.Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift rotational schedule.
