Human Resource Intern

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and posting job ads.
• Help prepare HR documents such as employment letters, onboarding forms, and attendance records.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, staff events, and internal communications.
• Provide support in handling employee inquiries and filing HR-related documents.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and file management.



Logistic Intern

Prepare and process delivery documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, delivery orders).

Update delivery records and perform data entry in internal systems.

Coordinate with couriers/logistics providers for pickups and deliveries.

Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing logistic-related documents.

Support inventory tracking and general clerical tasks for the logistics team.



What we're looking for

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

Available for a minimum internship period of 10 weeks (starting Dec 2025/Jan 2026).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new tools
