Duties & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Business Development Support
-Conduct basic market research, gather data, and assist in preparing feasibility studies and business plans.
-Support the development and updating of strategic roadmaps, trackers, and performance reports.
-Assist in improving internal processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency.

2. Proposal & Documentation Management
-Coordinate and assist in preparing business proposals, investment decks, and other strategic documents.
-Ensure all documents meet corporate standards and support informed decision-making.
-Work with internal teams and external parties to gather and validate information.

3. Corporate Development Support
-Manage scheduling, logistics, and preparation for meetings with external advisors, partners, and stakeholders.
-Maintain and update databases of potential partners and industry contacts.
-Prepare meeting notes, track follow-up actions, and support ongoing corporate development initiatives.

4. General & Administrative Support
-Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth daily operations.
-Perform any other tasks assigned by the HOD/CEO.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
-2–5 years’ experience in corporate strategy, business development, or management consulting.
-Strong analytical, research, and strategic thinking abilities.
-Excellent written and verbal communication, with solid experience in proposal writing and presentations.
-Confident in stakeholder management and able to work effectively across all levels.
-Familiar with corporate governance, board processes, and executive-level documentation.
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on in driving execution.
-Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
