What You Will Do:
Handle end-to-end shipping documentation & operations (bulk & packed shipments).

Liaise with customers, forwarders, and shipping liners on shipment schedules, cargo clearance, permits, container booking, invoices & Bills of Lading.

Coordinate with the Logistics team on cargo loading & dispatch.

Work with government bodies (MOH, MOA, MITI) for certificates & permits.

Manage external requirements such as COA, inspection, and document legalization with surveyors, labs & embassies.

Support vessel chartering, freight payment, stock reconciliation & paper trade.

What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in shipping operations/documentation (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).

Knowledge of freight, vessel chartering, and shipping regulations preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges.
