About the role

As a Project Engineer with Mewah Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of critical infrastructure and engineering projects. Based at our modern manufacturing facility in Pulau Indah, Selangor, this full-time position will see you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing

Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and commissioning

Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to meet key milestones and deliverables

Liaise with contractors, vendors and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities

Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate control measures

Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure project outputs meet or exceed requirements

Prepare detailed reports, presentations and other documentation to keep stakeholders informed

Provide technical guidance and support to operations teams to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline

2 years of hands-on experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role in the manufacturing or engineering industry

Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate and deliver complex projects

Technical expertise in areas such as project design, process engineering, quality control and project commissioning

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills

Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
