Responsibilities
-This position will assist the Project Manager in the following matters
-Making data entry in the application
-Preparing work reports based on the templates provided.

You are also required from time to time to do other work such as
-Preparing, maintaining and managing project documentation
-Assisting in coordinating project activities with the technical and administrative teams.
-Ensuring that the company's records, files and documents are always updated and easily accessible.

Qualifications
-Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree
-Having work experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Good communication skills in Malay and English.
-Thorough, disciplined, and able to work to deadlines with minimal supervision.
-Proactive, disciplined, and able to work individually or in a group.
