-Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with actual parts received to verify accuracy of shipment
-Receive and verify incoming materials, supplies, and equipment, review of packing slips, commercial invoices
-Route materials to prescribed locations; and enter computer system
-Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is received
-May maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and file receiving records
-Delivers items to requisitioning departments and obtains authorized signatures for accepted items
-Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the company from time to time with on time full closure

Job Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate
-Basic computer knowledge
-Required languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
-Ability to receive, tracks, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment
-Good interpersonal, human relations & communication skills
-At least 1 year working experience in the purchasing/ inventory/ material management is preferable
-Fresh graduates with responsible attitude are encouraged to apply
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision
