About the Role
Join us as a Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) and kick-start your rotational training with realme! This program is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on experience in sales, business operations, and HQ functions. You will rotate across departments, gaining exposure to both front-line and back-end operations while being groomed for future leadership roles.



Key Responsibilities by Department
1. Sales & Business Development (Regional/ Key Account/ Telco-Operator)

Work as a sales promoter to understand customer needs, boost smartphone sales, and deliver excellent in-store experiences.

Support regional sales activities, liaising with dealers and retail partners to drive business growth.

Contribute to B2B sales initiatives, including dealer engagement and sales reporting.

HQ Department Rotations

1. E-Commerce

Support online store operations, product listing, and campaign tracking.

2. Retail

Assist in retail management, including merchandising, store performance tracking, and market feedback collection.

3. Supply Chain

Gain exposure in inventory, procurement, and logistics coordination.

4. Finance

Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and financial tracking.

5. Human Resources (HR)

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

6. Branding & Marketing

Assist in campaign execution, social media content, and market analysis.

7. Supply Chain

Gain exposure in inventory, procurement, and logistics coordination.

8. After-Sales

Assist in customer service, warranty processes, and service quality improvements.



Requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Fresh graduates with 1st class or CGPA of 3.5 and above is preferred, or candidates with less than 2 years of work experience.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn across multiple business functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Team-oriented with leadership potential.

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient spoken, read and written in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage (Speak, read & write).
