Job Scope and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service
-Act as the first point of contact for customers, both in-store and online.
-Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
-Handle order placements, special requests, and catering bookings efficiently.
-Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing a warm, welcoming, and positive experience.

2. Administrative and Ordering Tasks
-Manage daily and weekly ordering of ingredients, packaging, and supplies from vendors.
-Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and ensure sufficient supplies without overstocking.
-Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients, particularly items required for French pastries.
-Oversee and manage invoices, purchase orders, and payments related to stock and supplies.
-Keep track of shop expenses and prepare basic financial reports for management review.

3. Halal Compliance
-Ensure all ingredients and products are compliant with Halal standards.
-Maintain proper documentation and certifications for Halal compliance.
-Liaise with Halal certification officer when required and ensure periodic renewals are completed.
-Regularly audit the kitchen and processes to ensure adherence to Halal practices.
-Educate team members on Halal requirements and ensure they are consistently followed.

4. Operational Support
-Support the team during peak hours or when additional help is required, including assisting with cashiering or packaging.
-Prepare and maintain records for daily sales, operational expenses, and petty cash.

5. Any other duties as directed by the Superior and Company Management.
