Key Responsibilities:

**1. **Financial Management:
-Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
-Prepare and manage monthly financial statements and reports.
-Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
-Handling and understand E-Invoice system and requirements.

**2. **Banking and Reconciliation:
-Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in cash flow records.
-Monitor and manage cash flow to support daily operations.

**3. **Budgeting and Forecasting:
-Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
-Monitor actual performance against budgets and report variances.

**4. **Compliance and Audits:
-Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
-Prepare necessary documents and liaise with auditors during internal and external audits.

**5. **Accounts Payable and Receivable:
-Oversee invoice processing, payment scheduling, and follow-ups for outstanding receivables.
-Maintain accurate vendor and customer records.

**6. **Taxation:
-Prepare and submit SST and other relevant tax filings.
-Stay updated on tax regulations and implement necessary changes.

**7. **Collaboration and Reporting:
-Work closely with other departments, such as procurement and operations, to manage budgets and costs.
-Report directly to the Finance Manager or Director on financial performance.

**8. **Process Improvement:
-Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and controls.
-Implement best practices to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related role.

Skills:
-Proficient in accounting software Autocount.
-Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and financial regulations.
-Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Soft Skills:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
-A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
-Required to have experience in f&b accounting or hospitality industry.
-Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software (e.g., Autocount).
-Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to speak and read Mandarin is an advantage
