7Dayz is seeking a talented Fashion Designer cum Merchandising Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in shaping fashion trends and driving the commercial success of our brand. We are based in our head office in Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:

Design innovative fashion collections aligned with the target market needs.

Collaborate with merchandising team to ensure trend-driven, commercial products.

Oversee sample and prototype development.

Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitors.

Support product planning, pricing, and assortment decisions.

Manage end-to-end production, from sourcing and quality control.



What we're looking for

Degree in Fashion Design or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion design and product development

Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behaviour and the retail industry

Strong knowledge and background in designing women’s or men's apparel wear

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Excellent sketching and technical drawing skills
