Job Responsibilities
-To provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
-Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
-Attend to all prospects in property gallery, property exhibition, roadshow and etc.
-Actively source and meet potential prospects for sales closure.
-Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the property industry.
-Updates on weekly/monthly sales report & perform related work as assigned.
-Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Job Requirements
-A high school diploma (SPM/STPM) is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
-Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson / property developer background.
-Street savvy, independent, and a Go-Getter attitude capable of setting high performance sales result.
-Excellent product knowledge & strategic prospecting with superb negotiation & communication skills.
-Must be willing to work 5.5 days a week.
