Job Description

Job Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma qualification
-1–3 years of administrative or office experience
-Good written and spoken communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
-Professional appearance and attitude
-Able to work independently and in a team
-Good time management and able to meet deadlines
-Flexible and willing to take on various tasks
-Basic accounting knowledge
-Able to start immediately is preferred

Job Responsibilities:
-Handle daily administrative tasks
-Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
-Maintain and update sales reports
-Support general office operations and ad hoc duties
-Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events
-Manage bank and cash transactions, including basic bookkeeping
-Prepare documents such as Official Receipt, invoices and Payment Vouchers
