Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:
-Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
-Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, etc.).
-Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.

HR Operations:
-Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
-Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
-Support leave management, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling.

Compliance & Reporting:
-Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
-Prepare reports for management on payroll, headcount, leaves, and HR metrics.
-Assist in audits and ensure HR documentation is complete and accurate.

Employee Support:
-Respond to employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and payroll matters.
-Support HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR operations and payroll management.
-Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, EPF/SOCSO, tax, and payroll regulations.
-Proficient in HRIS systems.
-High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Experience with payroll software (e.g., iPayroll, Sage, or similar).
-Exposure to multi-country HR operations (for regional companies).
