Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure timely processing of accounting transactions with high accuracy, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries, while ensuring accurate financial operations.
-Ensure timely issuance of invoices and filing of tax returns while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Work closely with Business, Operations and Finance Operations team in setting up process flows, financial information and reports
-Checking the completeness and accuracy of the information and reports
-Assist in month end closing and prepare meaningful and good quality financial disclosures
-Ensure accounting standards, tax requirements, company policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times
-Assist in external and internal audits.
-Proactively participate and support continuous improvements on work processes
-To provide insightful information as and when required by management to support decision making
-Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when requested by management.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Professional qualification in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
-Ability to work independently and highly adaptable with a good attitude
-At least 2 years of working experience in accounting and auditing field
-Prior experience in Big 4 audit firms is an advantage
-Meticulous, detailed oriented person
-Basic accounting knowledge and willing to work with data entry tasks
-Dynamic and less-conformant to traditional nine-to-five type working hours.
-Experienced in Agile way of working.
-Positive mind-set and self-driven.
-Actual “hands-on” experience in performing financial closing and operations.
