Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements for the Group.
-Review construction-related project accounting, including revenue recognition, cost tracking, and work-in-progress reporting.
-Assist in the preparation of management reports, analysis, and variance explanations.
-Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
-Support statutory audit, tax filing, and regulatory reporting requirements.
-Maintain compliance with MFRS / IFRS standards and internal financial policies.
-Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and external stakeholders as required.
-Perform other ad-hoc accounting and reporting tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:
-Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-Professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA, MIA) are an advantage.
-3 to 5 years of working experience in accounting, with at least 1 to 2 years in the construction or infrastructure industry.
-Strong knowledge of MFRS / IFRS reporting standards.
-Familiar with construction project accounting (progress billing, contract revenue, project cost allocation, WIP).
-Ability to work independently under deadlines.
-Good command in English (Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage to liaise with counterparts).
