Job description:
-Provide general administrative duties in Director office:-manage meeting schedules, reports, responding to emails/correspondence and etc.
-Prepare reports, presentation and other documentation for meetings and presentations.
-To arrange signing of documents for directors as well as to report , update or provide relevant information for Director' acknowledgement.
-To manage ad-hoc functions as assigned by the Directors.
-Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Job Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
-At least 2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or office support roles
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Positive attitude and a team player
