Key Responsibilities
-Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, LMW regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
-Coordinate and monitor the movement, storage, and distribution of materials, products, and equipment.
-Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics activities including shipping, delivery scheduling, and documentation.
-Liaise with suppliers, transporters, customs agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
-Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance forms.
-Track shipments and proactively resolve any transportation or delivery issues.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control and warehouse operations
-Negotiate and manage logistics service provider contracts to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality service.
-Generate regular logistics performance reports and propose process improvement initiatives.
-Support ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management (manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage).
-Must have hands-on experience with LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) operations, documentation, and compliance.
-Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and international shipping regulations.
-Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with ERP or logistics management systems.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
-Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
-Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a plus for liaising with overseas suppliers).
