Key Responsibilities
-Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, inventory control, and dispatch.
-Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate regular cycle counts.
-Ensure all operational processes follow company standards, safety policies, and compliance requirements.
-Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipments; identify and implement improvements.
-Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and customer service teams to support smooth workflow.
-Assist with planning labor needs, scheduling, and operational improvements.

Requirements
-Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, or similar role.
-Strong understanding of warehouse systems, processes, and equipment.
-Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to lift, move, and stand as needed in a warehouse environment.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-moving setting.
-Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain one).
