Job Description:
1.Prepare sales quotations, orders, invoices & related (weekly, monthly based on the needs).
2.Prepare and present sales reports to management.
3.Support customer RFQ (Request for Quotation) when needed or as instructed.
4.Work with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Purchasing, and Customer to address business needs.
5.Reach out to new prospects / customers and establish strong business relationships.
6.Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
7.Act as a main liaison between the business and customers and address inquiries, concerns, and feedback from customers in a timely manner.
8.Ensure that all sales-related paperwork and documentation are accurate and complete in compliance to with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements
1.Minimum Diploma in any field with 3 years working experience in a similar role.
2.Previous experience in sales administrative role (minimum 3 years) or customer service role is a must.
3.Must be proficient in using Microsoft office software especially Microsoft Excel.
4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients. Ability to speak / communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

8.Ability to travel locally within Malaysia when needed to meet customers and/or to attend events.
