What you'll be doing
-Attend to walk-in customers and handle WhatsApp enquiries professionally
-Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up with customers
-Update orders, stock information, and coordinate with the store/operations team
-Record customer details, track enquiries, and ensure timely responses
-Maintain showroom cleanliness and provide a positive customer experience
-Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling

What we're looking for
-Good communication skills (BM/English; Mandarin is an advantage)
-Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented
-Able to multitask and work independently
-Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, invoicing systems)
-Experience in sales/admin is a bonus but not required
