You will be responsible for:
-Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
-Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
-Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial accuracy.
-Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end closing activities.
-Maintain proper financial records and filing systems.
-Manage administrative matters, including general office and HR-related tasks.
-Undertake any other duties as assigned by direct superior and management from time to time.

Experience Requirements:
-At least a diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
-Knowledge of SST (Sales and Service Tax), SQL Accounting Software, and E-Invoicing will be an added advantage.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
