Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
-Support the Supply Chain and Sales team in compiling, tabulating and assisting to analyze data prior to implementation of tasks and projects.
-Administer Supply Chain and Sales procedures in accordance to established policies and procedures.
-Collate data for periodic reports and other required documentation within the pre agreed deadlines.
-Manage inventory of items.
-Provide support in other administrative task as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:
-Applicants must be aware that this opportunity is under the Protege Program which will run for 12 months (kindly refer to https://www.protege.my for more information prior to applying)
-Degree in any discipline with a CGPA of 3.0 and above
-Possess good interpersonal skills
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
-Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently
-Independent, hardworking, team player and willing to learn new things
-Possess own transport
