You will play an important role in:
-Managing and coordinating the end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring that the supply chain runs efficiently and effectively
-Plan and coordinate transportation of goods, including selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely deliveries.
-Monitor and control logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and packaging, aiming to reduce overhead while maintaining quality service.
-Coordinate with Warehouse daily stuffing and unstuffing schedule
-Collaborate with business support teams to resolve any issues related to logistics, ensuring that customers receive their goods on time and in good condition.
-Ensure that all logistics activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. This includes proper documentation of shipments, customs, and import/export procedures.
-Responsible for assisting dept check, count and tally export shipment quantity.
-Responsible for assisting dept to prepare loading report, packing list, commercial invoice, shipping instruction, full set shipping documents

-Min. Diploma / Degree in any fields.

-Familiar with office software, SAP/MRP software.
-Familiar with the international freight process and customs declaration and clearance process
-Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
