Job description

1. Sales & Targets
• Support in achieving personal sales, ATV (Average Transaction Value), and UPT (Units Per Transaction) targets.
• Promote and sell products/services while ensuring excellent customer and after-sales service.

2. Customer Consultation
• Assist in providing product demonstrations, skin analysis, and personalized skincare recommendations.
• Ensure a positive, professional, and friendly customer experience.

3. Product Knowledge
• Build knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
• Stay informed on new product launches and promotions.

4. Inventory Management
• Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and receiving/unpacking stock.
• Help ensure stock accuracy and availability.

5. Store Cleanliness & Maintenance
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized store environment.
• Support daily store opening and closing activities.

6. Cash Handling & Transactions
• Process transactions accurately, including electronic payments and cash.
• Handle cash responsibly and provide correct change.

7. Returns & Exchanges
• Assist in processing returns/exchanges in accordance with company policies.
