Key Responsibilities
-Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
-Prepare and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial documentation accurately.
-Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
-Assist in monthly closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
-Prepare bank reconciliations, supplier statements, and customer aging reports.
-Support external audits by preparing required documents and reports.
-Liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, customers, and internal teams as needed.
-Maintain proper filing and documentation for finance-related records.
-Perform any other finance or administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-2–3 years of working experience in accounting or finance roles.
-Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to handle Mandarin-language documents and communication.
-Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
-Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, Autocount, or similar) is an advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
-Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
-Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
