Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
-Process supplier invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
-Maintain proper records of all AP transactions and reconcile supplier statements.
-Handle petty cash, staff claims, and other expense reimbursements.
-Liaise with suppliers regarding billing discrepancies or payment issues.
-Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.

Administration
-Manage daily office administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, supplies, etc.).
-Support management in coordinating deliveries, stock documents, and vendor communications.
-Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office and store environment.

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in retail or grocery industry is an added advantage).
-Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g. AutoCount or similar).
-Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.
-Positive attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
