Key Responsibilities:
-Business partner with sales and trade marketing function, providing financial support on spending tracking, financial planning, budget control
-Business partner with Accounting team help to do PO matching.
-Ensure accounting entries and accruals posting are properly recorded and accurate
-Assist in the preparation of commercial reports and dashboards (sales, trade spend)
-Support budgeting and forecasting processes for sales and marketing functions
-Coordinate data collection from internal stakeholders and ensure accuracy
-Track and monitor trade promotions and commercial investments
-Assist in monthly closing activities and variance analysis (actual vs. budget)
-Prepare presentations and summaries for internal commercial reviews
-Perform ad hoc analysis and tasks as requested by Commercial Finance manager


Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
-3-4 years of experience in a finance or commercial support role
-Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of BI tools is a plus
-Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
-Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
-Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in English (written and spoken)
