Responsibilities:
-Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the company and sub-distributor
-Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
-Typing, formatting, and editing reports and documents
-Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
-Organize and file daily documents, to update and follow up on all the invoices
-Monitor, office supplies and courier service reorder when appropriate
-Maintain strong relationships with sub-distributors in order to get the details latest updated
-Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
-Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements:
-Diploma or related experiences in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
-Fresh graduates are welcomed
-1-2 years of experience as an admin would be advantageous.
-Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
-Organize and file daily documents
-High-level verbal and written communications skills
-Able to work as a team member as well as an independent individual.
-Able to cooperate with colleagues, positive attitude, highly self-motivated willing to learn
-Required skill(s): MS Excel & MS Office
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
