Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in compiling and organizing supporting documents for audits, including invoices and bank statements.
-Support the preparation of audit schedules and working papers.
-Perform financial data reconciliation and ensure accurate record documentation.
-Coordinate with internal departments to collect required information for audit and finance purposes.
-Maintain proper filing systems to ensure all documents are up-to-date and readily available for review.
-Handle ad-hoc finance or audit-related tasks assigned by the team.

What We’re Looking For:
-Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
-Good attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software.
-Willing to learn, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information professionally.
