Drive acquisition of new BBTI and enterprise partners across telcos, retailers, brands, corporates, and large reseller networks.

Build structured BD pipelines with clear forecasting, commercial terms, and conversion milestones.

Negotiate partnerships that deliver strong GP, volume predictability, and low CAC.



2. Corporate Account Leadership

Lead a team of Corporate Account Managers to manage expectations, commercial performance, and health of existing partners.

Drive quarterly business reviews, performance tracking, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Implement retention frameworks to ensure long-term partner stickiness and volume stability.


What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?

Experience

8–12+ years in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Account Management.

Proven track record in telco, device, enterprise solutions, fintech, or supply chain is a strong advantage.

Experience leading teams with revenue and partner accountability.
