Responsibilities: -
- To monitor and provide supervision to ensure smooth running field operations.
- Assist in supervising daily operation, field maintenance and nursery management.
- Assist in estate operational management including utilization of human capital and materials, reduce and mitigate the pests and disease attack in plantation.
- To manage store (fertilizer, chemicals, POL, etc), machinery, and other tools.
- To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- To support estate administration in ensuring that all activities are in compliance with RSPO, MSPO & OSH requirements.
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior.


Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Agriculture/ Plantation or any relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in plantation environment.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Work independently, dynamic and result oriented.
- Good people management, communication and report writing skills.
- Willing to work and live in plantation environment.
- Willing to relocate.
