🧾 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service-related administrative tasks such as job cards, invoices, and customer records
- Coordinate between the service advisors, workshop team, and parts department
- Handle customer calls, appointment bookings, and service follow-ups
- Prepare daily and monthly service performance reports
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and updated in the system
- Support the Service Manager in daily operational needs

🎓 Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or service support (automotive preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
