What you'll be doing
-Provide friendly and attentive customer service, answering queries and assisting customers with their purchases
-Maintain the store's appearance and presentation, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked and visually appealing
-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments
-Restock and replenish merchandise as needed, following established inventory management procedures
-Assist with the set-up and dismantling of product displays and promotions
-Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of store operations

What we're looking for
-Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
-Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
-Numeracy skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and card transactions
-Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
-A positive, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt
