Job Description :
-Utilize database software to organize financial account information
-Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
-Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment
-issue & check invoices and do monthly AR closing statement to customers
-Update customer files with issued invoices
-Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies

Job Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least SPM level.
-Good command of English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers)
-At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
-Computer literate, good communication skills and self-motivated
-Prior experience in using accounting software is beneficial ie: SQL.
-Able to commence work immediately
