Responsibilities
-Coordinate and support logistic activities for onshore and offshore shipments from inquiry phase until completion of the deliveries (Import/export)
-Coordinate with store department for the finished good shipment arrangement.
-Liase with custom for all related task.
-Quotation / freight cost comparison.
-Practice good housekeeping in work area, tidy and safe for conductive work environment.
-Any other duties as and when assigned by superior/management.

Requirement :
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
-Required language can speak and write fluent MANDARIN and ENGLISH. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-At least 5 years and above of working experience in related field is required for this position.
-Knowledge/experience in LMW license .
-Experience in Purchasing background are preferred .
-Able to handle full set of export/import documentation. Matured, analytical and able to work independently.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
