Social Media Management

Manage Oxynergy social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) from content planning and publishing to community engagement.

Develop engaging content strategies, including posts, videos, and stories, to enhance brand presence.

Influencer Relationship Management

To widen brand reach, engage influencers and build connections with influencers.

Plan and produce content for paid initiatives and go-to-market campaigns together with cross-functional teams, such as Product Marketing and Acquisition.

To boost approaches, explore new concepts, try out different content formats, and determine what contributes to engagement and conversion, analyze performance statistics.

Data-Driven Insights

Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

Preserve your brand's reputation high by attending to inquiries, comments, and online reviews as soon as possible.

Keep on top of things: Stay up to date with social media and digital trends to guarantee creative solutions.

Community Engagement

Foster relationships with online followers, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.

Build and nurture relationships with relevant social media communities to increase brand credibility.

Requirements

Possesses Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Possesses at least 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably with a background in creative or social media agencies.

Candidate with knowledge and experience in social media content management and copywriting are required.

Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, and etc.

Ability to produce compelling graphics, videos, and multimedia content for digital and print platforms.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.

Good command in English and Malay, additional language skill is an added advantage
