1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
-Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers, and hiring.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs.
-Post job advertisements through multiple platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
-Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, reference checks, and background screenings.
-Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
-Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation to ensure smooth integration and understanding of company culture, policies, and expectations.
-Manage onboarding documentation and induction processes.

2. Employee Development:
-Support implementation of training and development programs.
-Monitor training effectiveness and employee progress.
-Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
-Developing and managing the L&D budget, including cost-effective utilization of resources.

3. Employee Relations:
-Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns or grievances.
-Provide guidance on company policies and workplace behavior.
-Support disciplinary and conflict resolution processes.
-Organize and coordinate team-building activities to foster collaboration and strengthen team dynamics.
-Plan and execute employee events such as appreciation days, celebrations, and company-wide meetings.
-Promote activities that improve morale and employee satisfaction.
-Ensure that events align with company values and contribute to employee engagement and retention.

PRE-REQUISITES & COMPETENCIES
-Degree holders and above.
-Minimum 1-2 years working experience in similar capacity.
-Reasonable command in written English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an advantage.
-Always maintain high confidentiality and professionalism.
-Possess good communication skills and able to interact with all levels in the organization.
-Computer literate and able to communicate well with different characteristics of people.
