Job Description:
-Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
-Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/transporter on day-to-day issues, and order planning to meet customer's shipment delivery/collection requirement.
-Perform and verification check activities of incoming and outgoing shipment to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records.
-Record shipment information/data, such as weight, measurements, charges.
-Generate and maintain accurate delivery/receiving documentation.
-Timely report of any anomalies during at weighbridge operations. Ensure the information related to the delivery documentation are correct, accurate and tally. Updating daily record on computer system and report out for daily delivery performance.
-Any other duties.
