Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure your designs are seamlessly integrated into the game.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative live events—from initial ideation to detailed mechanics, reward structures, and narrative elements.
• Participate actively in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to continuously enhance the game’s visual and interactive features.
• Parse and analyses game data to identify performance trends and player behavior patterns.
• Form hypotheses and propose actionable improvements to enhance core metrics such as engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Develop clear and comprehensive design documentation, including wireframes, specifications, and user flows.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and player expectations, especially within Ragnarok Online and the broader MMO ecosystem.

Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in game design, preferably in free-to-play, live operations, events, or systems design.
• Degree in Game Development or a related field.
• Proven experience shipping and managing live game events, content calendars, and progression systems.
• Strong understanding of core game loops, player motivations, retention strategies, game economies, monetization models, and reward systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts clearly to cross-disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate both qualitative and quantitative insights into practical solutions.
• Experience working with in-game scripting languages such as .lua or .sc is a strong advantage.
