Job Responsibilities: 📋

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information about our background check services, processes, and results.

Process background check requests and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified.



Job Qualifications: 🎓

High school (SPM level); diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Fresh graduate are encourage to apply as Paid Training is provided!

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Mandarin skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
