What you'll be doing

Fielding inbound customer calls and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner

Offering product/service information and guidance to customers

Identifying and addressing customer concerns, and escalating issues as needed

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Proficient in using computer software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Relevant experience in a call centre or customer-facing role is preferred
