Job Description
Answer customer calls and emails politely and professionally
Help customers with questions, complaints, or product issues
Update and manage customer information in the system
Solve problems quickly to keep customers happy
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Work Schedule
6 working days per week
Rotational shifts: 6 AM – 3 PM | 7 AM – 4 PM | 8 AM – 5 PM | 9 AM – 6 PM | 10 AM – 7 PM | 11 AM – 8 PM | 12 PM – 9 PM | 1 PM – 10 PM | 3 PM – 12 AM | 5 PM – 3 AM | 10 PM – 6 AM
