Responsibilities:

Prepare the annual brand strategy/plans to ensure the achievement of the overall commercial objectives and strategy
End-to-end brand innovation/campaigns from ideation, conceptualisation to launch
Develop the digital marketing strategy and platforms
Ensure marketing activities is in accordance with the agreed brand positioning strategy
Implement marketing initiatives to achieve objectives of the brand
Continuously evaluate and develop the position of the brand
Responsible for managing marketing budget for the brand
Identify and analyse market reactions & results of marketing activities
Drive effective communication with all stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Group Communications) and partners (agencies)

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration
Min 5 years' experience within brand/marketing management in an operating company environment in FMCG industry
Extensive experience of working with advertising, media agencies
Savvy in digital marketing and numbers & figures
Innovative and constantly thinks outside the box
Excellent communicator and presentation skills
Has a terrific pulse of the market - latest trends, consumer demands
Action-oriented, persistent and a change driver
High work capacity and team-oriented
Strong conceptual thinking with an eye for detail
Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and pleasant outgoing personality
Computer literate and fluent in English.
