ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, plan, and execute business and promotional programs in alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely information to support strategic decision-making.

Manage promotional budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure the overall profitability of each key account.

Coordinate and communicate promotional plans clearly to internal stakeholders and external customers within established timelines.

Oversee the execution of all promotions and activities to ensure compliance with approved mechanisms, guidelines, and standards.

Monitor, track, and evaluate the implementation of promotional activities to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure timely resolution of disputes and discrepancies in accordance with established credit control policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all expenses related to trading terms and agreements with key accounts.

REQUIREMENTS

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.

Prior experience in managing key account chains will be an added advantage.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Must hold a valid driver’s license, have own transport, and be willing to travel as required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
